Modest attire is required. Shoulders and knees must be covered. Skirts and scarves are available for women at the monasteries

Photography is strictly prohibited inside the monasteries
Access & Mobility:
Access to the monasteries includes stair climbing and uphill walking. A good level of physical fitness and comfortable athletic shoes are strongly recommended
